Each week, this email will be shared to provide weekly updates for athletic events at Blacksburg High School and Blacksburg Middle School. Attached you will find one of our newest features for BHS weekly athletic updates including upcoming games, past game results, and our athlete of the week, sponsored by Zaxby's! The following activities will be taking place at BHS/BMS this week. Emails have been sent to officials and visiting teams regarding gameday protocols, ticket information, team parking, etc.. Please be aware of CCSD entrance protocols with all spectators using metal detectors and by enforcing the clear bag policy! Let me know if there are any questions or concerns prior to Gameday!

Congratulations to Josie Brown. Josie has been awarded an academic merit scholarship of $25,000 per year to Gardner Webb University. Josie is so kind and studious,but very camera shy. We had to convince her that we had to have a Senior Christmas AVID picture for her special post. Josie has also been accepted to Winthrop University. She has big decisions to make.

We will have two make-up days for December. There is a time change on December 14th due to the parade being at 12:00. VIP: this will be the last chance for ALL students, including seniors, to make up days for this semester. Students will not be allowed to make-up days outside of these two Saturdays.
